Refund Policy

Fees must be paid in full by cash, EFTPOS, direct bank transfer or credit card at the time of each session, or at least 2 business days prior to an out of office consultation.

 

Failure to give at least 1 business days’ notice to cancel or change an appointment will result in you being charged the full session fee. Non-attendance with no notice will also attract the full fee. No further appointments can be scheduled until this payment is made.
